Every November Salinas PAL and the Salinas Parks and Recreation Department team up with the Salinas Californian Newspaper to bring you our Halloween Party and Concert. The program provides carnival style games, entertainment by Forever Kids and Friday Night Live. We also serve hot dogs or hamburgers to all of its guests.
